Microsoft Teams for Assembly's - How to Change Sound to Projector/Boards

When you join a teams call the sound might be coming from the Surface Pro speakers instead of the board speakers.  For school assembly’s you would want the sound coming from the classroom board.

To change this:

Click on the 3 dots More Menu > Audio Settings > Speakers > Change from your built-in speakers to your board speakers/sound system.

There is a volume slider below the speaker selection, ensure this is UNMUTED.

To restore this back for normal Teams usage simply change the speaker back to the built-in speakers.
